Shipping Details
All orders are shipped on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday or the pre-selected date upon confirmed payment. Cut-off time for same day delivery is 12 a.m. on each delivery day.
Delivery cost:
In Klang Valley and Selangor, we offer free delivery for orders above RM100. For orders below RM100, there will be a standard charge of RM10.
For other regions in West Malaysia excluding Klang Valley, Selangor, Kelantan and Terengganu, we offer free delivery for orders above RM150. For orders below RM150, there will be a standard charge of RM15.
Delivery area:
We deliver to all regions in West Malaysia EXCEPT Kelantan and Terengganu at the moment. Kindly check the availability using your Postal Code on the product page before adding it into the cart to ensure your area is covered. If your delivery location is outside of our delivery area and wishes to place an order, a special arrangement can be made. Delivery within Klang Valley & Selangor:
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, not including Sat/Sun. Each order will take about 1 - 3 working days to deliver from the time of order.
Deliveries will be completed within 12pm - 6pm, no timed-delivery is available, and deliveries are not available on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. You should receive you order between 1 - 4 hours on delivery day after 12pm when we start our delivery. The time you receive your ordering depends on various factors such as availability of riders, number of orders, traffic condition, weather, etc.
Delivery in West Malaysia (except Klang Valley, Selangor, Kelantan & Terengganu):
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, not including Sat/Sun. Each order will take about 4 - 8 working days to deliver from the time of order.
No timed-delivery is available. The time you receive your ordering depends on various factors such as availability of drivers, number of orders, traffic condition, weather, etc.
*FREE shipping may not be applicable during selected sales and promotion periods.
The customer's responsibility is to make sure there is a recipient at the shipping address within the delivery window. Suppose the logistics company finds no representatives to receive the goods within 10 minutes. In that case, the driver has the right to leave, and the customer needs to pay a re-delivery fee of RM20 to WonderBrew via online transfer.
Any delays in delivery caused by factors out of our control could happen, and we shall not be held any responsibilities for it but should assist in tracking the goods' location.
We deliver to specific locations at the moment. Kindly check the availability using your Post Code on the product page before adding it into the cart to ensure your area is covered.
Any changes in the delivery details on the selected delivery day or a day before the delivery day are not allowed. The customer will be charged a fee of RM20 to make the relevant changes.

Returns & Exchanges
All purchases made through WonderBrew are final, and there are no returns/refunds. Customers may, however, make an exchange if the goods received are broken, defective, or any issues you deemed unsatisfactory. Kindly keep them sealed, take a picture of the product and drop an email to hello@wonderbrew.co within 3 days from receipt with your contact details, day of receipt, invoice, and the description of the issue. Our team should have the full discretion to decide whether the products should be returned and replaced. We will not accept any return of goods unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.
If there are any refunds taking place, kindly be informed that the transfer might not occur right away because banks may need 7 or even 14 working days to process the fund. We have no control over this, but we shall keep track to ensure you get your refund.

Recycle (Klang Valley & Selangor only)
For every 12 empty bottles returned to us, WonderBrew will give you a free bottle on your next purchase. Currently, we only accept drop-off of used bottles at our office in Bandar Sunway.
Complaints
Contact us directly if you have received a defective/broken or incorrect item. These items may be returned to us fully at our expense.
